Ab Food safety is a growing business established by Andrea Boyes who has 30 years’ experience in the food industry; including industrial catering, meat cutting plants, farm shops, food manufacture and commercial restaurants.
Andrea has also lectured in food safety & HACCP since 2004 for a large training & catering College. Andrea has been involved in high profile projects both nationally and internationally, writing food safety & HACCP programmes for standardisation cross Europe.
Training can be delivered on site for the ease of the customer (minimum of 10 candidates is required for on-site delivery) and some courses are to be held in Bridlington at
