I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for carrying out the Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3 training courses on our site for New World Foods in July and October 2020
The Technical Manager, myself (QA Manager) and all the staff taking part in the course thought the training was carried out in a professional but friendly approachable manner. The students were very pleased with the course content and how informative you were during the training.
All the staff commented on how you made the course interesting and ensured that all the students were fully engaged during classes making the them relaxed and confident enough to ask questions.

Dear Andrea,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your report that was submitted to our school regarding your full day visit on Tuesday 4th June 2013 to look at our practices and cleaning routines for the kitchen staff, lunchtime staff and Out of School staff within the kitchen environment and also the equipment and cleaning solutions that were being used.
Both Mrs Ashworth (Head teacher) and the kitchen staff have found your visit and report extremely informative.
All staff have commented on how thorough you were with your inspection and how knowledgeable you were regarding the regulations and hygiene rules. The staff have since taken on your recommendations regarding the use of space and the cleaning methods they were adopting.
The report has been a very useful tool in enabling us to evaluate how we need to improve on i.e.:-
Using different cleaning products in some areas within the kitchen,
New equipment that needs to be bought
New methods the staff need to adopt to keep in line with health and hygiene requirements.
We are now going to implement a visit from you on a yearly basis to ensure that the staff are keeping within health and hygiene guidelines.
